About us

Leadership Partner Schools Network (LPSN)

We are a small group of like-minded schools from across the country – comprehensive and doing lots of innovative things within and beyond the classroom.   We aim to have “leadership with a moral purpose”, and find it re-affirming to share thinking and ideas. We have regularly held conferences twice a year in Peterborough.  Keynote speakers  have included:

Geoff Barton, ASCL General Secretary, on “The challenges and benefits of being a leadership partner in the current climate”

Kirk Kinnell on “Leadership through listening”

Prof Toby Greany from IoE looked at the evidence on how to lead partnerships and local school-led systems that secure trust in these turbulent times.
